Achievement: "Masterfully Executed Failure"
The description reads: "Teleport a flying axe so that it hits you anyway."

I have tried doing the achievement with the Jennys who throw axes, but the teleportation does not work. What is the trick?

Just keep in mind that the direction in which the axe was thrown persist after teleportation, so keep the Jenny, the teleportation block and yourself all in a straight line. And you need to be careful about timing your spell also but I didn't find that very difficult at all.
I do recommend having a full 4-hearth healthbar though, as you might get hit a lot of times before getting it right... or not, but it would surely make it easier.
