But I know I've returned about 20, yet I'm at 0/30. I just returned 2 more, and I'm still at 0/30. Wtf man?

It doesn't work for me. I was eager to see how many i have but it's at 0. It's not as if my progress got reset either, as there are not any tapes in the places where i've collected them before.

Mine says 7 of 30... i can only assume that's correct as I have not made those a focus. I would LOVE to hear others and their counts... especially Coyote, too.

28/30 for me and at this point I have spent more hours looking for VHS tapes than it took me to get all the other achievements, buy all properties and buy all cars.

I wish I had thought of it when started playing. Problem is, once you collect a VHS it disappears and shows no trace. And as you can imagine I totally forgot where I have been already. I know there are a lot of tapes inside buildings, VHS store included, there were two in the casino from what I recall, one in real estate agency, some on the piers, one behind the lighthouse etc

Ok ok... I'm working on a guide, but here's my problem: I started thinking my way through all the tapes I know I collected, and I have collected more than 7. The game says I have only 7 of 30.

Let's make this a group effort! Keep track of the tapes you find and respond in this thread. Here are the ones I know I have collected, and if I'm wrong about any of these locations, let me know so we can fix them. I plan to look around for a while, so I will list any I find here later. You list yours, too!

VHS Store - Next to salesman who tells you about the tapes
Lighthouse - Far side next to the water
Inside Northwest Tunnel - Northeast bound lane
Casino - Next to big spin bunny girl
Casino - Upstairs near a dealer girl
Vice Automotive - Upstairs

Fuzzy Memory:
Residential - First duplex south of the lighthouse, far side next to the water?
VHS Store - I could have sworn there was a second one in the VHS Store?
Arcade - Behind attendant?
Ocean City Real Estate - In conference room?

I only have fuzzy memories, in addition to what I have already posted I think there was one in Pizza Restaurant as well as few tapes inside the Rewindapp building as well as the last floor - the tower. There were two by the houses on the piers - I dont remember if it was north or south piers. Also I think there was one by the shoreline near the boat which takes you to the Rising Sun (or if it wasnt there, there was one definitely somewhere near the water. One of the gas stations had one tape as well.

Could you please tell us whether they are all in Ocean City? You seem to have the most of the tapes collected.

The Dev said in discord that they are all in Ocean City and I haven't found any elsewhere. They also said 2 of them would be made easier to find, since lots of us are 28/30. I assume they have analytics to see which ones are being found and which ones aren't.

There's one on the bridge, one in the small tunnel that takes you to Route69, and one by a big water fountain along the road with the VHS store on I believe. (there's more than one fountain).

I'm betting there's one hidden inside a bunch of bushes or something like that. Dev should add a glow to the tapes.
