The only bridge issue I had was on the chapter 1 prison planet/asteroid I think (which I reported but I'm not sure my reports go through cause antivirus). The bridge which I had lowered earlier was raised/missing after coming back from the boss fight to save Winterscale, with no way to lower it again. I had to go the long way back to the shuttle through the prison complex.
That doesn't sound like your issue though, but your experience may be different because the chapter 1 planets and station change their enemy/plot encounters/rewards based on when you arrive. Maybe below the sewers, below the causeway in chapter 1 with the mini boss (that's not so mini that screams and teleports everywhere)?
You could also try verifying your game files to make sure all textures and meshes etc. are downloaded/installed correctly, and that you don't have corrupted game files in general. This can be done via steam library --> properties --> installed files --> verify beta files.
Ah thanks I remember now I really couldn't think of it lol. I wasn't linking "Inquisitor" to Heinrix but instead to his boss haha.
That definitely shouldn't be happening. That said I DO remember now having graphical glitches after fighting/killing that thing. Not the bridge disappearing, but when I started that combat and others thereafter on the planet, my character portraits etc. were glitching in and out. After I left the planet the glitches were gone, but they started up again during a random encounter with that same monster type.
Maybe my issue was a similar or related thing to your issue. Also it's all the same zone since there's no loading screen in between areas there.
Lastly it could be a glitch with some cutscene along the way that bugged the bridge. You could try loading a save from before ever using the bridge if you can. Then play out the same part and see if the bridge bugs again.
