Look at his face, his facial emotions give out what his status is. If he is tired - push, if he pushes - restrain.

you think this is bad...wait for the rope bridge

For the life of me, I just can't get passed this. I understand the concept, but it's no good, I just can't beat him.

Try to start pushing at very start, as first. That should give you an advantage.
It worked for me.

I agree with Matty101. I ended up skipping both of these. I almost immediately fell off that bridge each time I tried it and also gave up on the arm wrestling. I'm playing it on the PC, so assume these minigames are more for consoles with controllers. There are a number of other instances, all of which require quick responses, that I've more or less given up on. I wish they would do like other developers and have play settings for playing style: those who want the story more than the minigames, for example. The ones at the end of each chapter are the worst because they affect your moral standing. Sure you can go back and replay it, but it takes you so far back that I've also given up on that.

when you see his teeth, he is attacking. you should defend.
when he presses his lips together, he defends. you shouldn't attack then.
The game doesn't change his mood too often or quickly. i made it with the second try.

i ended the Game at the Arm Wrestling, unfunny.

I think its best to attack by spamming the left button and defend by holding right. It seems easier to find the right moment that way. When he looks scared, you should attack. Defend when he grits his teeth and rest at other times. I made this relatively easily after I figured this out.

All the puzzles are fairly easy, it's a shame they've done this .

Braindead puzzle. It looks like he has Tourette's. "Some of these random expressions mean some things. Some mean other things. Others may mean nothing. Or something. Who knows? We do, but we won't tell you". So in the true spirit of Sherlock Holmes, let us solve this case by trial and error, and random guesswork.
RRevy 5 października 2014 o 15:23
Nah... In the spirit of Sherlock Holmes, lets solve this by observation. ;)

He pushes, looking obstinate - You restrain by holding right mouse button (and gather stamina).
He's getting weaker, looking worried - You push by clicking rapidly left mouse button.
Melrick 5 października 2014 o 22:12
Wait... you said "push by clicking rapidly"... you mean you don't just hold down the left mouse button? Which is all the game says to do? You have to mash the left mouse button? Well damn it.
ExiliumA. 5 października 2014 o 22:14
I think it tells you to hold it for restrain? For attack you have to smash it as far as i remember :P

I don't know if you HAVE to do it, it just works better for me that way.
