Wiggins not returning

Hey everyone,
Still on the first case. I am stuck. Wiggins will not return. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't find any solution. Please help!

I've tried many times and he just won't return. I already sent him off with the list, obviously.

Check all the tasks in your book, also those on items and look at clues - there is probably something to do while Wiggins is "working" :)

There is something you still need to do at Woodman's Lee. Most likely connected to the tobacco pouch.. (I had the same issue)

I have the same problem. None of the items or clues in my book have icons indicating I need to follow up on them. I actually looked up a walk through, and I've done everything up to the point where Wiggins is supposed to return... so really just blocked on the rest of the game. :/

You have to find all clues, if the searcher is not green, there is something to find, in my case was the tobacco pack brand.
