Detail - it's past my bed time :p ... but a start at least ...

You gotta create an account at the XLN site. You input your AD2 code from your Steam Library CD Keys link and will be given the lowdown on the XLN Online Installler. You can install in Offline mode too ... but Online is probably easier.

This from the SONAR X3 Producer Steam Store Page:

Please note: You will receive a serial number that can be used to download Addictive Drums from the XLN Audio website.

Thanks for the replies.

I guess I need to re-explain. I am not having problems installing the software. I know how to install and register software. I have already gotten past that point. My problem lies when using the Sonar X3. Addictive Drums 2 does not exist within Sonar X3 for use.

This picture is from a tutorial of someone using Addictive Drums within the interface of Sonar. How do I get this to happen? Again, thanks for all the help :)

Where did the XLN installer place the VST files? You'll probably just need to add that path to the VST Scanner under Edit > Preferences > General > VST settings.

Alternatively, and this is probably the more lengthy option, is that you could re-install XLN and have the VST placed in the folder where you want.

To get yours to look like the piccy list, you start by opening your wallet bigtime. Some impressive/expensive bits :)
