Unable to claim battlepass rewards

Hello, me and my gf are stuck in the same item in the battlepass (some blue shards), and we can't claim the rewards. The battlepass says it's free, is there any way of unblocking it that I may not know?

I haven't played this game in a long time, but I think I know what you're talking about. If you can't earn rewards for the battlepass, perhaps it could be because you're playing private games and not public games, or you're not doing so much things in public games which equals to you not earning enough xp for the next level. I hope this information helps.

I only play public games, and the bar have long past the reward.

Nevermind, I was looking at the wrong bar. The right one is at the top of the rewards. For some reason, the bottom line is not progressing at the same pace as the top one.

Well, now I can't get the reward again, but it is a different bug. It gets the game darker and you can't claim it. My wife have the same issue.
By the way, the game is awesome, I wish the best for you and the team :)
