How do you boost penguins as a ghost?

I have a mission to boost penguins as a ghost, but I don't know how to do it

As a ghost, you have an option to find two powerups (or drop them from the killer by stunning them), One of them only slows the killer (the "hands" icon), the other (the "ghost" icon) slows down the hunter while boosting the penguins.

So the short answer - use ghost consumable on a penguin
