Invite to party?

So me and my wife just got the game, with the intentions of playing it together. I am on PC and she is on a steam deck. In theory, we should then be able to match up and play with each-other? she's on my friends list, but just shows as offline and visa versa. Does anyone know why this is happening or how we can group up?

Hmm, it should be working just fine if she's your friend on Steam, did you guys try if the problem is present if you're playing on two PC's?

It might be a bug, we'll investigate it

It's now working fine for me, steam had kicked my friends and chat offline somehow and I had to reboot a few times. All working good now.

so im trying with my two other friends, it didnt work for awhile, worked once and then no more, the invite doesnt show up on screen somehow. i think there's a bug.
