"I can't open the penguin booster pack that is supposed to be distributed by entering the code 'W4So4yC0d3'. I also don't know how to use the 24-hour coin booster. My skill levels have dropped significantly. Is this really normal? (I'm aware of what's mentioned in the patch notes)"

Half of the gold earned in the game or none at all, blue crystal quests are not completed, I earn 550 gold in the game, when I finish, I get 200 or so gold or nothing at all,It started happening today after the last update
