How to get the good ending? (Spoiler)
I seems to get the ending where the party defeat Zorath with the power of the soul orb but perish in doing so?

There seems to be a good ending where the party go back to the city after defeating the final boss. Anyone knows the conditions to unlock the good ending?

Near the end of the battle, someone mentions the boss will explode and kill everyone with it unless the player kills it fast. Do you recall fulfilling the requirement?
You must defeat 1 of the 2 heads (left or right) in 4 turns in first fight.

I didn't even realize there was a BAD ending. I kind of killed the boss in 3 turns (since the first 2 he has the Immortal mechanic)

I don't know if matters but what I did was Stack Burn, Bleed and Poison Sparks and use Mew's Flameblast. Put a Burn/Poison/Bleed Spark on Wendy/Andy's Cataclysm. Then, get 4-5k stacks and just pop Cataclysm. Instantly goes to 9999 stacks and does over 9999 damage with each cast; AoE. Everyone else can just use buffs, potions, heals, defensives... whatever is needed to help.

So far I can confirm 3 endings

Normal Ending - Beat the boss without freeing the Celetellers. The party will get help from the past heroes and become basically super saiyan with the power of soul orbs. The ending will mention the party actually perish along side the boss.

Good Ending - Beat the boss by freeing the Celetellers. Those angel like being will help you in the fight and seal final boss soul in the end for good. The party survives and goes back to Last Guard where you can get endings with 3 of your companions. You can also finish off Lady Stephanie and Duke Blake before entering the city.

Dragon Ending - You betray the party and accept final boss proposal. Basically continuing the cycle.
how to find celetellers?

1. Make sure to read the Grand Ritual book drop by Duke Blake
2. The night before departing Last Guard to meet up with the Dragon King, convince Cynthia to defeat the Dragon King together. After that go through the dialog choice from top to bottom (not confirm). One of the dialog choice will mention what is Dragon King weakness. Choose celetellers and agree to free them from the Dragon King (Mew will make a fuss :3)
3. On the way to the Dragon King lair,, make sure to answer the owner of the red orb correctly, Ingharit (unconfirmed if this step needed)
4. During the first with the Dragon King, kill one side of the head. An option will pop up to free the celetellers. Do that.
5. Fight the Dragon King again with the help of the celetellers. Nearing the end, the party will mention the Dragon King will blow up and take out the party with him. Make sure to defeat him before that.

Special mention that after the Dragon King fight, you can go visit the secret cult cave to battle Stephanie and Duke Blake

I think I did everything except the Secret Cult Cave. I don't think I ever found that. Where's that at?

That is after defeating the Dragon King. The cave is near the southwest of the map. The place where you help Azath the wind spirit to kill the evil cult.
Kinda like wanna tie loose end by finishing Dragon King remaining follower.

I'm not sure if you can do it if you agree to ally with Duke Blake to defeat General Augustus though. The run where I got the good ending, I didn't agree to his plan and got Sir Morin killed >.<

I followed all the way to step four but after killing one of the heads everything seems to continue as the normal ending, does the option pop up later or does it happen immediately after killing the head?

The game is extremely vague and punishing with how it does ending conditions and have certain events happen. I got all 3? endings but I never got to fight Blake and Stephanie at the end of all of them and it only gave me the option to let them leave or stay to rule LastGuard. (Hell, one playthrough they didn't even show up because I never visited the old guy's house during the infiltration revisit). I managed to get what was considered to be the Good ending, but, there's too many branches with zero guide to what decision lead to what (I was tempted to make a tree of my own, but promptly said "f that"). I had to speed kill the dragon in a couple turns which is just really cheap and then save the Celetellers and that was apparently the flag that determined whether or not I got the good ending or not.

But apparently I made too many choices that I wasn't supposed to to get certain after boss events to happen? I don't know. I put 3 playthroughs into this game and just called it quits due to how slow menuing is and the ending credits taking 5 million years because you can't skip the "look at what everybody did after the game was beaten" before the credits. Otherwise, I'd do a 4th playthrough for clean up and experimentation.

This game is filled with "good ideas with bad execution". All they needed to do was add some sort of "cheat sheet" or some kind of "To-Do list" and how to start doing what I haven't done yet.

I will add to the good ending a bit.

You have to take out a specific dragon head pretty fast ( I did it in single turn); it's the head of deception ( right one from your perspective, which makes sense as the dragon has his enemies trapped in an ILLUSION).

Once you do that your elf companion says the seal is visible, you can now escape or fight.

You have to escape. This lets you brake the seal and free Celetellers
