So does this "revolutionary user interface" include scaling?
If I'm gonna spend money on this, I want to know I can play it.

Everything looks quite fine and well readable on 2560x1440.

Could I get some pictorial proof of that, please?

It is a little small on my 55 inch TV. You can read it, but could definitely be a bit bigger.

That's not a bad way to look at how crappy my vision is. If you can't read it on a TV, it's too damn small.

Then maybe you should be spending your money in a ophthalmologist instead of a video game.

Retinopathy of Prematurity. I'm one of the last cases. 20/400 in my right eye and blind in my left. Forever.

Aaanyway, I just hope more devs allow for big-boy fonts so people like me can feel confident giving them money (instead of always having to ask and make sure because I keep getting burned.)

Awesome, man. I'll keep my eye on your updates and when it goes live, I'll probably pick this up.

UI scaling is always a nice touch. Especially taking into account the age of the folks who prefer this genre of gaming.

I never thought about that but you're right, turn-based does tend to skew older. Like classic rock! Get off'n our lawn. :P

I never thought I'd see the day that someone buys a game for a UI alone.

"Nah Timmy, I'm not playing that new game... The UI doesn't scale."

I'm not buying it for the UI alone but it's sure as hell the lynchpin for people with bad eyes. If I can't see the information, how am I supposed to process it?

It is a very valid point tho, with my 50+ eye's the first thing i look at, is the UI large enough.

Especially in the days of 4k where the UIs get smaller and smaller (for some reason.) Paradox Interactive is the originator but now it's everywhere. It's a plague and proper scaleable UIs were my hill to die on back when I streamed and reviewed games. Devs got mad props from me even if their game sucked. Didn't help the review but I made sure to point it out because even if I didn't like a game, someone else might and that UI might be the thing that saves the experience for them.
