Contradictory Traits

I have a clan who is Loyal (will never commit theft) and Peddler (will sometimes commit theft). Will this guy commit theft or not?

I am sure that he won't because 'never' is stronger than 'sometimes'.

Yeah, it's just that I hate to presume on something like this. I'm trying VERY hard to juggle these clans so that they never piss each other off, which is really very difficult.

I've added a section to the v1.1 patch in the Update Plan thread with the list of conflicting Clan Traits I plan on fixing. If you see something there it's already on my radar, if not feel free to post it and I'll add it to the list.
