Traits and Desires

I noticed something, quite a few traits have specific quirks like 'will get upset if working outside of the tribe' and they'll get a desire to work inside after a short period of time. As far as I can tell morale bonuses from desires never go away? Is it only supposed to be on Obsessions where it's permanent?

Everything is permanent for now, but I plan to change this to a cooldown.
