Crash on launch with Turkish OS - FIXED
If the game is crashing for you and you're running a Turkish language OS please try uninstalling the game, deleting all files in the installation directory, and re-installing. If this doesn't work please post here and we'll dig into the issue further.

Not only in OS; it crashes in Turkish Windows as well.

I've changed the system language to English, and now I can play it without any problems. My Turkish fellows who want to play this game before it is permanently fixed can give it a shot.

Asked for a refund as you suggested. I was looking forward to play the game over the weekend. I will keep it in the wishlist though.
@Onuryyr: are u sure about that dostum? My pc is running on windows 10 with English (US) selected as the language setting and the game fails to start giving me an error about settings.xml file.

I don't know what the problem is but Turkish language has two letter "I"s: one with a dot (i) and one without (ı). This causes problems with a lot of software (with uppercase/lowercase conversion of filenames for example). It's just a guess but it's something you may want to look into.

@erdobell I've done this on my OS and it harbiden works now. I'm sorry to hear that this fix doesn't work on Windows. I'd never tried it yet but I thought it would work as well :/

OS = Operating System, can be Windows, ,iOS, Linux, Android, the software that runs your washing machine. :)

This appears to be the answer. Sorry guys, I had no idea this could ever possibly be an issue. This is our #1 priority right now and we'll have a fix up as soon as possible.

I was able to reproduce the crash by installing Turkish on my computer, but was able to play the game when I switched back to English. I know this doesn't seem to be working for everyone, but it's possibly something to try in the meantime.

We're working on a fix now and it's currently our #1 priority. If you want though you can request a refund now and come back to the game in a week or two when we'll definitely have it fixed.

İngilizceye geçiş oyunu çalıştırmaya yardımcı olmuyorsa, oyunu "Program Dosyaları" dizini altındaysa başka bir yere kurmayı deneyin.

If switching to English isn't helping with the issue, try installing the game to another folder than "Program Dosyaları".
