[Spoilers] Time Stones?

I just got Time Stone 2 in Ragnarok mod to get my party from the very first campaign, which is really cool, but I can't remember ever finding a Time Stone 1 and I don't seem to have any others to use on the altars. I vaguely recall the Goddess saying that such a stone was on a continent in Revolution, but I don't think I ever found it.

Where is Time Stone 1 located, or do I get it later in Ragnarok somehow and I'm overthinking?

Yes, there are two Time Stones in Ragnarok. The first is found in an early Global Dungeon (northwest of the field where you competed with Yasha in Monster Battle.) The second is bought from the disguised Dark Goddess in the town before the last Venus Seven fight.

Time Stone 1 is in Revolution. You get Time Stone 2 and 3 in Ragnarok.

Revolution has its own stone, to bring back Yusha's party in Yushia's scenario. Ragnarok has two, to bring back both Yusha and Yushia's party members for Yuja to use. You bought your first (second) stone from the Dark Goddess, right? At the shop found just after the race track? In free roam mode, go check the dungeon on the continent where you fought the fire god. At the very north west corner, by the village.

I had the stone, I just hadn't used it at the damned castle.

If it's any consolation I had all three before I realised (and you buy at LEAST one)
