How to get achievement "Urban Revival"? Bugged maybe?

Playing with my wife and the achievement states to finish repairing the whole town. From what I check online I read repair the general store, pet shop, benches, lamps, pier, and lighthouse. We have repaired all of these but the achievement never triggered. Are we missing anything?

The only thing I am guessing might have gone wrong is the general store. It has been rebuild but we do not see the quest listed as completed. Anyone else have any feedback on getting this achievement? Should we report it as a bug?

dont you have to speak to certain townsfolk after you complete rebuiding or have you done that>?

For me, the pier was the last thing I repaired, so I needed to talk to the Mayor after I was done.

Thanks. We got the achievement from completing the pier and the rewards for the mayor but not the achievement. So likely a bug.

from what i remember, the general store has two phases to repair it completely

All the buildings are being restored in two stages, plus we still need to talk to the owner of the shop.
