No festive lantern recipe at Balthazar's shop

The update said there was a new recipe, but I don't see anything? Since I bought everything out before this update, the store is still empty and there is no recipe for the decoration.

Hey weirdee, if you load an existing game, the New Year Lanterns drawing will appear in Balthazar's shop the following day. Oh and the fireworks can be crafted on the Simple Workbench.
