Cows?

I have chickens, goats, bees but no cows yet. When do I get the opportunity to buy a cow? I am saving up to buy the motor to go to the jungle (about 1/3 of the way there).

as you buy the blueprints for different farm buildings and things to craft in you get those animals unlocked . ie when you bought chicken coope the chickens unlocked when you buy goat shed goats unlock, in order for cows to appear buy cow shed/barn then see the seed farm animal seller (some of the earlier animals show up along with the building blueprints later it seemed cows showd up after i bought mine )
