I’m playing Luma Island on the latest version via Steam. (AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor, integrated graphics card – yes, I do get the corresponding warning when launching the game.)
Everything has been running smoothly so far... However, on the Jungle Island, I now have the problem that the broken bridges, which I should be able to repair, are not showing up at all. Because of this, I have no way to reach the Jungle Merchant or explore the temples. Is this a bug, or am I just missing something in my game progression? (The dock and lighthouse are repaired, I’ve reached the volcano summit, and I’ve completed the blacksmith profession so far.)
And yes, I have also tried reinstalling the game, but the problem still persists.
Kirsten17017's post is from 10 December. Back then, crashes could occur on unsupported hardware that didn't meet the minimum requirements. We've released several hotfixes since then. One of the more recent hotfixes resolved a crash in town near the cable car on PCs with integrated Intel Iris Xe chips (Again, these chips do not meet the minimum requirements but we fixed the issue anyway).
The bottom line is that if you run Luma Island on a PC that meets the minimum requirements (most importantly a dedicated graphics card with at least 10,000 PassMark points), you shouldn't get any crashes at all.
Sorry to hear that, Seradir. That's definitely not normal.
I'd be grateful if you could please contact us via the link below so we can take a look at your save file (unless of course you already did that).
Thanks. 🙏

(We already replied to Elf On A Hook's posts about this on Discord some time ago. They struggled to provide a save game so we could try to reproduce this issue so we've asked other people who are experiencing this issue to reach out to us over here: https://support.lumaisland.feelfreegames.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1/create/1 )
