Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
In the mines, I sometimes find rare resources, amber and meteorites, the character even rejoices when he finds them, it gives the impression of something really valuable or necessary, but in the end it's just garbage, which is very cheap.
Add 0 or 00 to the value of these finds.

Also, these items are signed "For Sale", which means they are not needed for anything... If there was an "Artifact" or "Treasure" category, it would make sense to keep them. In the meantime, there is no reason to sell them and save them too...

If you are interested in information you might not currently have: Yes some of those items are just a little extra cash, but you might want to hold on to those meteorites

Wait, why? The game makes it seem like they're only good for selling so I'll be a bit irritated if it turns out they have another purpose and we should be saving those rare/randomly found things.

I think it has to do with the endgame system where it will require tons of them later on. Those are still rare drops. When you need them and you go after them, they don't come by so easily, making the game frustrating. Stores don't sell them either.
