That Took A LOT of Time!

The achievement That Took A LOT of Time! requires all elements to be built and on the map at the same time, or can they be demolished after construction, building one at a time to save resources?
I absolutely do not want to farm all this in all these crazy quantities.
And I also sold rare resources, which, as it turned out, are required for buildings (thanks to the developers for not indicating this on the resources)

Some resources, like clay, bolts, and i think screws are duplicated in some of the buildings. Does anyone know if we can build them one at a time or not?

ye i made a mistake selling my meteorites had 10 of each so could have been done with 1 atleast

Demolishing them allows you to sell things like the 50 stacks of coffee which is a free 500k and the 500 watermelon from another build can be used in the 100k drink

Dunno if you still need the answer to this, but (as of writing this) yes, you can demolish a mega-structure after it's built and still have it count for the achievement. I'd built 5/7 of them, tore down one to use the mats on another, double checked my achievement and saw it'd gone to 6/7.
