Never use this site he suggested you will definitely get scammed.
If the game isn't discounted on steam and you don't care about which platform you own the game on you could also check on other platforms that it is available on such as Xbox, Epic Games or other official game libraries/launchers.
Edit: Idk if Luma Island is actually on any other platform I haven't checked but it might be worth checking. If you wishlist a game on steam you will get a notification when it goes on sale as well :)
If a game is going to be discounted it will say on steam. I would not trust links outside of steam such as the one mentioned above as they can be a variety of different scams, malware or info grabbers. NEVER put any details into any of these sketchy sites
That's the reason Luma Island wasn't available at a discount in the Christmas sale.
