[Demo Review]
I'm Japanese. I used Google Translate. Please forgive my poor English.

First of all, thank you for the very good demo.
I'm looking forward to the final version.

I was planning to buy another big title in early November.
But now I can't decide which one to buy.

[Good Points]
- Very good character graphics
- Good character motions
- Good face graphics
- Good icons
- Good BGM
- Careful Japanese translation (satisfactory level)
- Lots of things players can do
- Clear what to do next

[Difficult Points]
- Easy to get lost (difficult to tell where you are - I want a minimap and compass)
- Slow walking speed (I want it to be 2x faster than 1.5x)
- Strong spiders (I want the player's stamina to be increased - *This made me lose interest.)
- Hard to notice the stamina bar (inside the temple)
- Hard to get ores (especially copper ore)
- Hard to get wood (wood is solved by cutting logs in the demo)
- I don't know how to feed Luma.

[Other]
If possible, I would like the player to be able to jump.
I think the game balance can be maintained by the following methods.
・Put a barrier around the gimmick
・A teleport function when stuck

Also, it would be great if there were stories about the residents.

Finally, thank you very much for the good trial version.
I look forward to the product version.

Jumping would be pointless, because then you would get to many places in an easier way, and I don't think that's what the creators wanted.

Thanks for sharing your mini review, Chrono_N_T.

It's great to get feedback from a Japanese player!

Here are some quick comments:

1. As Mike said, jumping unfortunately won't work since it would require a completely different approach to the level design though.

2. About the map, I have some good news for you: the map will be more detailed in the full version of the game.

3. Some other people also suggested that the running speed should be faster.

4. We'll discuss what to do about the spiders to make them work better for more players.

5. About resources that are hard to get, I'm guessing you mean that they take too long to get? If so, I would recommend that you focus on upgrading your tools on the anvil in town (I know there isn't much time to do that in the demo). Upgrading tools will lower the number of hits that are needed per tree/rock etc.

6. You can feed Lumas by crafting Luma Food on a Simple Workbench. This requires Farm Flowers, Farm Mushrooms and Farm Berries.

Let me know if you have any questions or other ideas.

Thanks again! 😊

Oh for those who haven't figured out how to feed Luma after crafting the food, you have to throw it at them or near them, they'll move.

R default on Keyboard and Right Trigger on Controller.

Thank you to the developers and Tango for your response.

Feeding Luma
I didn't know the operation (button) to feed Luma.
Luma food was easy to make.
Tango taught me how to operate it, so I will try it out when I have time.

Resources
Finding copper ore was difficult.
Mining and felling trees speed is slow, but bearable.

Note on the ores. The farther you go the more there tend to be. I noticed clusters of them when I was getting far from the entrance.

Thanks for explaining what you meant, Chrono_N_T. ☺️

You're right - it will feel slow at the beginning.

After you upgrade your tools on the anvil in town, it will get faster.

Tip: For the hoe, you can hold down the A button/Left Mouse Button to do a 'charged hit' that affects several objects (when harvesting) or several tiles (when tilling the soil).
