Are there any events other than the earthquake?

The earthquake event happens almost from the beginning but I would like to know if there are other events that happen?

nothing on the level of that no. but there are other events, just nothing that will cause a series of sidequests and events like the earthquake.

No, other quests are just "make X,Y,Z", "bring X,Y,Z to someone" depending on profession, but no more sidequests like this, sadly.

Not exactly.
There is sidequest to repair 2 shops, all city lights, all city benches and city Pier.
