Can anyone assist me and tell me which seven structures need to be placed because ive place almost all structures and no trophy.thanks in advance

They're the ones that require an item bought from the general store for like 500k-5m

Decorative Stargate, decorative obelisk, decorative spaceship, decorative fountain, decorative stonehenge, decorative general store, decorative farm store

The 7 Mega Structure Would Be Stargate, Obelisk, Spaceship, Fountain, Stonehenge, General Store and Farm Store. It serves no purposes but only for the steam achievements.

When do you get access to them? Every time I have checked the store they are not there. Is it something that you get after you finish the main quest and open the temple in the town?

When You give all the books you will get the drawing if I remember correct

You can apparently buy and sell at the stores once you have them built.

No, that's not possible. For example, you can't buy/sell anything at the Farm Shop ;)
