Where did the Ancient keys go?

Is anyone else missing the ancient keys from their inventory?
Am I missing something obvious that was changed?
Did a spider ate them?, did I drop them somewhere and most importantly of all,
Are they replaceable or retrievable?

If you talk to the feller outside the door, he takes any of the keys you have, so that could be where they went
