Blue Flower Pillars?

So, there's pillars in the zones that have a kind of dark blue flowery symbol on top of them, how to activate those?

Note, I'm NOT talking about the light blue ones that have crystals on top that you can destroy by throwing stones at them, these are different ones.

Also, there's a pillar in the farm that has a bird nest on top near the pond, throwing eggs there did nothing? Any clue?

These pillars are actually related! The pillar with the bird nest, at some point, had a bird in it. When you get near it, the bird flies off to a new pillar on the map. Keep following the bird from pillar to pillar until it settles on the pillar with the dark blue symbol for your reward
