Controller Problem?

Anyone else having a problem with the controller not working right? When placing stuff it almost becomes a mini game on getting it right because everything seems to start sliding when in placement mode. Also since the update my character is constantly turning around and it is so difficult to hit things in front of you. If it is just me I will troubleshoot the problem, but I didn't know if others were having the same problem?
