Floors and custumization
As it stands we have one floor option. Not very attractive either. Hay and sand are not even worth mentioning.
Hay still produces bushes and the sort and sand just washes away.
I think almost everyone agrees we need a lot more options to put flooring down rather than the not so pleasing pebble paths.

I would also like to see a way to prevent ferns and bushes and literally everything growing on your grass. Maybe a lawnmower option or goats to eat the stuff. The only issue I have with animals though is there areas of operation are not documented well and tend to get buggy.

Having a scythe would also be a really nice option an axe should not be used for gathering grass. Who on earth would use an axe for grass cutting?

Seed spreaders. You can automate a lot of tasks though I would prefer that the chickens and rabbits had more range. The most tedious task is laying seed especially when you have a large farm. Even if its just a charging animation that throws seed out in the boxes already lined out by the hoe. Something needs to be done with that.

Farm size. Though I suspect most don't have this issue. I have almost run out of space on my farm. Trying to fit every crop with a sprinkler is a bit of a chore when your not able to manipulate the land. Lots of cliffs and areas that are nearly impossible to do much with. I turned the small hill top just south into a luma playpen and managed to fit a kiwi garden in it. I would like to just see a bit more space though.

The community has a ton of good ideas. I do hope you guys are going to expand on this there is a really great foundation here but it certainly needs some tweaking and added features for sure.

"I would also like to see a way to prevent weeds and bushes and literally everything growing on your grass. Maybe a lawnmower option or a sprayer that you can use for weed control and can double as insecticide." - Rabbits eat weeds, you just need to buy the rabbit hut and a few rabbits to sort that out.

Appreciate the reply but that's not what I am referring to. I apologize for the confusion. The areas I am referring to are everywhere outside of plowed farm. Ferns, flowers, grass, trees. All the stuff that gets in the way from having just a prairie land of flat grass.

Ill fix the post for clarity

I agree, some more paths would be good - wooden, cobble stone, stone brick - could be from different types of stone, so you unlock them later. I didn't mind the sand, but it washing away is interesting, but makes it seem pointless (unless there's a way to stop that?)
I like the idea of 'sterilised hay' made in the kiln to stop weeds and other plants, also 'Forrest' hay etc would also be cool to change grass colour, and could have a sterilised and non-sterilsed to make the farm a 1 stop shop of exotic weed/trees.

This is killing the enjoyment of my farm for me. Everyday I have to re-clear the land, unless its got actual farm soil. This takes up a huge part of my day literally leaving me with no time to explore, work on professions and in general just play the game.

Other farming games I've played have a boundried area that is "yours" - if you clear it, it stays cleared. Luma's already got options to put down trees, "decorative boulders", etc - so we can strategically landscape the farm after clearing. Honestly, the respawn of wilderness is just a chore I do not enjoy.

I personally just want the ability to place dirt path, like at the gate of the farm, tilling doesn't count.
But yes, having some nice bricks or maybe even an AstroTurf kinda thing(to look like grass, but not grow anything) would be great.
