Forest plant
These forest plants are kind of a pain in my arse, is there any way to deal with them?

I’ve tried hitting them but they never die. I know they go somewhat dormant at night. Anything else?

My whip is upgraded to 2nd tier Iron level (4/5), and it takes 3 hits to kill them.
Just continue hitting until they die, or go upgrade your whip first.

Yeah, with the whip just stand in front of it and whack the crap out of it.

They have a lot of HP esp for a first tier whip but you can stun lock them by attacking continuously so just keep at it! (Or run by them tbh they don't seem to drop anything too necessary at least as I have seen so far?)
