Cabin on Farm

So I got the cabin drawing, and I bought the cabin permit, can I not replace the mobile home with the cabin? It always has a red square and there is no way to tear it down. Do I just have to have the cabin...someplace else? Then do I have two homes?

Cant tear it down as far as I know, get the cabin, go downstairs and you can teleport to the Forest which was a very nice surprise.

I got my cabin blueprint from a statue in the forest after giving it what it required. Also, once you fix the general store, she has the blueprint for sale.

make sure to put it somewhere you actually want it to be, im pretty sure you cant move it once placed.

its really nice though because its kinda a second base to work around design wise. the farm is so big its nice having a second more proper home :) though I DO wish we could upgrade the camper

You can 100% tear both cabin and villa down. Equip axe and hold X. Plus you get all the resources back, so you can just build it again ^^ I moved it like 4 times already

Where can you buy the permit? I've got the drawing but????

You can't move it when placed, but you can destroy it and take all materials and permit back to rebuild it somewhere else, so don't worry.

Permit can be bought in one of the shop that you need to restore after earthquake. One is Pet Shop, and in the second one is permit for the house.
