What Happens if You Change Jobs

Does your progress on a job reset? Or can you go back and continue from where you left off? I'm curious because I'd like to try other things.

Nothing. Feel free to buy what you want just remember the price for the next will continue to go up a lot. So plan what you want to do so you aren't saving up a huge amount. I wish I'd done them in a different order but it's not the end of the world. Some pair up nicely, as well.

You can get all the jobs, the purchase price just goes up and up by each one. It gets really expensive :(

Why should it go up in price for the beginner ones for a different profession? Seems like developer hasn't balanced the game properly.

There isn’t any reason to change professions before finishing them out. They are completely independent of each other and the world. They are there so you can make money.

You don't change professions, you just add new ones.

its balanced just fine. 10k for the third profession is nothing once youre to say mountain tier with a profession. You dont need to be buying 5 professions while youre still in the forest biome.
