Can planted seeds be picked up again ?

I would like to move my field, but I'm anxious about loosing my golden seeds. Can they be picked up again ?

breaking them will return the seeds 100% of the time.

this goes for all stages of growth and even fully grown plants (if you choose to destroy instead of harvest)

everseeds CAN be moved around by using your axe to destroy them
