There are 5 main activities in the game and 3 Lumas in each of those 5 categories (a derpy one, a neutral one and a strong one).
The reason is that we always thought about adding different roles for the different Lumas. But it's a big undertaking and it would need a lot of thought if we go ahead with this.
Everything about this game is a disappointment.
Professions provide NOTHING of value past "hur hur make itemz2salez".
Blacksmiths don't make any actual equippable gear.
Cooks and Brewers make no food or drink you can consume.
Jewelers make no equippable accessories.
Fisherman catch no fish you can eat.
Spiders in the mines kill you in ONE hit.
The entire game is just a collect items then sell them or make useless vendor trash simulator.
Seems a low effort attempt to force players to grind for hours to say "look how many hours people put into our game! They love it so much!". Too bad I can't refund it now. I'll be sure to avoid anything else from this "developer" from this point on..
I see the function of the Luma's slowly evolving. I do see people like me who want to enjoy a casual relaxing game, as just so it's not too specific and restricted that I have to change out my Luma on my main island every time I need to do a specific task when I'm doing all category of tasks in one day. It wouldn't make sense because, it's just a game. How it is now I really appreciate the current generalization. Look forward to the creative evolvement of the Lumas.
