Does this game have mouse turning?

If you mean to turn your character, then if you hold the right mouse button down, it should turn so you can look in different directions.

when I want to click a tree use my axe, I need to trun my character face to the tree by keyboard, Its so inconvenient.

I found that while holding right button and move by WASD then click left button can slightly improve the mouse&keyboard experience, hope it will help you.

Fun thing, but I reccomend mouse and W,A,S,D. It' easier to manage on the hotbar, etc. with the mouse.
