Report a translation problem
1. crops will only grow at day time, going to sleep will speed up the process.
2. npcs are asleep at night, and not available to talk to when you try to progress a quest.
3. you'll have those moments in the game when you need craft many items, and it's gonna take some time, even with multiple craft stations, going to sleep will let speed up the process.
ok those all sound like good reasons so at least the NPCs are on a normal Day/Night schedule/
It’s quite clever (assuming they did it deliberately!) that they don’t force you to sleep but certain resources are timegated.
you may be better starting with your own post and add [BUG] to it so the Devs notice
