Sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashes...

This normally means that your graphics card driver is too old or your graphics card doesn't have more than 10,000 PassMark points.

Would you mind double-checking that it has got at least 10,000 PassMark points?

Then install the latest driver:

If it still crashes after you've confirmed those things, can you please grab the Player.log file and post it somewhere so we can take a look:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\FeelFreeGames\Luma Island\Player.log

I can't interact with any NPC even signs in the town, I joined a friend's server, they could interact fine but not me, is it designed to be this way? or is it a bug?

EDIT: Exited and rejoined it's okay now.
