Max Time Cats cheevo broken

[Nostalginaut]

I've done basically everything except collect 15 cats; everything has been maxed-out for me for a while, but the Max Time Cats achievement isn't popping for me, even though I've reset several times and attained Max Time Cats each iteration.

Quick update for anybody who cares; the issue was resolved by restarting the game and repeatedly clicking on the "Max" button next to Time Cats *after* already maxing it out.
