(Possibly spoilers) The Gooch has disappeared in Angel Oracle.
I talked to the Gooch at Angel Oracle, reported him to the guards and then... he disappeared.

Should he not be in the infirmary with the doctor, so I can talk to her about the ill effects of... the things people do in that town?
