morse code in game

Is there any way or skill to decode morse code? the first radio tower I repaired, started spewing morse, and there was no way to use any skill to decode it automatically. And yes, it's not spewing garbage - decoding it a hard way, I got a complete message - spoiler red, could not get back. rangers hunting me. stashed back=up radsuits in rv. hide yours too. vargas might make me talk. your brother, rick. - is there any way for game to acknowledge the fact that I know the whole message?

I think it's just a bonus for people that know morse. leading them to a secret stash without having to use the perception skill. Although it would be nice if that was a skill your characters could pick up...

There's a phone app that I've used in games like this to listen to morse code and decode it, it's spotty but it works well enough to figure out the gist.

There is a way for game to acknowledge the fact that you know the whole message :
You need to find "Red" and tell him about his brother
just tip "brother" when you talk to him.
Red is in the Prison and doing this help you get Radiation suits lvl4
And I read somewhere that you can upgrade them later to lvl6

That's really neat. I still know a little bit of Morse code from Boy Scouts but there's no way I can mentally "read" something that fast.

Which android app did u use? I tried multiple apps, but all of them failed to decipher that beeping. They all tried and gave letters, but those were just gibberish.
