Cannot Find "A Brief History of the Watts Towers"

I am vainly trying to complete Wasteland Historian and I cannot find "A Brief History of the Watts Towers" in Rodia. I have cleared the zone, opened everything I could find, and looked voer every table and bookshelf twice...anyone found it? I may have to abandon this Achievement, though, as I was also unable to get any of Titan Part 1 and after I cleared Ag Center, none of the Highpool books were there, even the one that normally is in Jesse-Belle's home.

It is likely you have to do High Pool in another game. The same problem you will have with for example sending the nuke achievements.

Yeha, but the Historian achievement is a single playthrough. I already finished a game where I saved Highpool.

Why. You can just do all 3 in 10 seconds (the nukes).

The mayor thing on the other hand,.. once you got em hostile there is no way

Can't find this either. Is this actually in the game? I searched high and low in Rodia with 10 Perception and I can't find anything this might have been in. I'm assuming it would be in Rodia. I see this book listed on some lists but missing from others. Was this maybe only in beta?

Just found it in the Mayor's house in Rodia, in the bookcase next to Dengler
