Sega genesis, Neogeo and co. Need i all this?

Hi i found lots of stuff like Sega genesis, Neogeo and so. Its not as Junk marked but i can not find any information about all this. Do i need this? Or is just a gag?

You need one of these for a side quest. The others are red herrings.

All white items do have an use in-game. You might have missed the one or other chance to use them, but they definitely are not red herrings. These electronics do have a use at Los Angeles. One of the factions wants them. Keeping it spoiler free, even though I'm 6 years late :D
