I only have messed up charakters... :/ is there any way to redistribute skill points?

save, go to documents\My Games\Wasteland2\Save Games\<name_of_last_savegame> open the xml file.

now look for >alarmDisarm<, it will be the first skill
something like
<KeyValuePairOfStringInt32><Key>alarmDisarm</Key><Value>0</Value></KeyValuePairOfStringInt32>
you note the value of each skill and you reset all the value to 0

after that you locate <availableSkillPoints>0</availableSkillPoints> and change it with the total of point you have noted

and you do that for all your characters if you want.

Or you could play em how they are. It'll force you to be creative. Like playing a new AD&D character with terrible base stats.
