Manny Wong - Poker Chip Bug

I found some random photos of Manny Wong and gave them to him. Afterwards, I retrieved his poker chips (of which the quest log successfully updated) but I can't seem to turn them in. No dialog options. Any ideas? Thank You

I found out that you cannot complete this quest if you have 2 cases of chips in your inventory. (You can obtain two by choosing the "correct" dialogue options with the King of Gamblers) The way to resolve this is by dropping one of the two cases. Since they are quest items, you can't just drop them on the ground. But you can put one of them in your personal case back at the base in Santa Fe Springs. Once you only bring a single case of chips to Manny Wong, the quest will end.

Worked this way for me at least.

the chips you get from the king of gambit? is fakes. Take them to manny and he get uppset. The real ones in a box in the bar. Also you want to hold on to those photos for later, when you might need to swing a vote...
