discovering world map locations?

hi, so i found a map online which shows me all the world map locations (shrines etc).

So my problem is that when i travel around the worldmap to these locations they just dont seem to uncover.

please help.

i do think some of them are only available at a certain point. the camper for the radsuits for instance

i know what you mean but im talking about shrines and big world map locations

from what I have experienced some shrines will not show unless you have been told where they are. Even so, sometimes you have to be almost on top of them to find them. Perception might also have some effect on finding them or not

It could be an outdated map too. The maps from the beta won't help you with shrines since many of them were moved.

okay i just put 2 skillpoints (total 7 now) in my perception skill and the shrine did show up after all. im fairly at the beginning of the game so thx for your help.
