Guy in with the prison dogs

Has anybody else encountered a guy come crawling out of the area where the sick dogs are in the prison? Im sure he was named snake something or something vargas i cant remember properly and cant reload because i overwrote that save, it was just really weird

Yep, I think he was an easter egg related to game of thrones, but I could be mistaken. After seeing him I decided making peace was not an option.

I was going to make peace with Danford until I saw that guy and then I turned around and massacred all the rsm guys. My journal entry says "Eh, we decided to kill them all anyway." Love it.

Okay honestly I was already planning on getting them to trust me long enough to give the doggie bones to the guy and then get revenge for the townspeople but I might have changed course for the good guy outcome until I saw that.

I went in with the intention of making peace and curing the dogs but as soon as i approached danforth he became hostile so everyone died maybe he just didnt like my sombrero idk
