Are there any clothes shops ?
Or are Team Echo destined to roam the Wasteland dressed only in bras and briefs ?

My team's clothes were incinerated in a blast ! And the only clothes I've been able to find are stockings and mesh tops !

No clothes shops, but most encounters you have have a chance to drop clothing items, by the end of Arizona, Rose (Who I designated as my "outfitter") had about 30, maybe 35 lbs. of clothing. All the way from Raider duds to Military vests. The DBM sure drop some fancy pants and jackets.
