Where is Mr.Manners toaster?
I'm trying to find it so I can fix it and get him to give me his cat litter.

You can find a piece of toast in a toaster in the Ranger Citadel museum. That should please him. It sucks, but you can't give him toast if you didn't bring it with you from Arizona. I haven't found his broken toaster in Angel Oracle, don't even know if it's there.

I read online that to get his 2 bags of cat food, I need to fix his toaster.

Sort of ridiculous that I have to have a certain skill that's generally useless just to progress through the game without shooting the whole damn place up, which I don't want to do.

Don't worry, I didn't get his cat litter either, but you can find it in other places. Just continue playnig the game and keep your eyes open, you don't necessarily need his cat litter.

Alright, thanks. I've just gotten to a point where I'm not really getting new missions, with no where in particular to go besides through the radiation wall. I guess I'll just go exolpre the map and see what pops up.

You get the item needed to fix the taoster from using toaster repair on a toaster. You'll know when you get it.

I can't find the toaster in the Mannerite base to begin with so that's irrelevant really.

Anyway, I guess I'll just look around for more. I should only need 2 or 3 more bags.

You don't find his toaster. You find a part for a toaster, from a toaster you repair, and you give it to the cook and HE fixes the toaster, thereby completing the quest for toast.

Ah well that's not gonna happen, as Ralphy is the only person I got with toaster repair and he's awful in combat so I won't be taking him anywhere. Guess I'll look elesewhere
