Really the devs must have messed up something with the code because it sure as hell doesn't feel like 3-6% chance to jam
Maybe they should add up a 10% in the stats. Say, instead of 6% it'd be 16%, even if the actual chance doesn't change.
If you're going to stereotypically troll Xenonauts, at least have the dececy to do it on the Xenonauts forum. I wonder if you're even smart enough to realze that if you rolled a 100-sided die enough times, you will certainly get five rolls in a row that are between 85 and 100. Thus five misses in a row at 85% accuracy is CERTAINLY going to happen.
Ah ♥♥♥♥ it, why don't you take your statistical genius and play the stock market.
EDIT: Why am I even talking to you? You're probably a paid troll for EA.
Sounds more like he's talking about xcom than xenonauts.
You do realize that even with 5% jam chance you do get jams quite often. Especially since you can usually shoot multiple time per turn. Then add in the fact that you can control 7 party members. If they all have 5% jam chance, or worse, guns you should expect someone's gun to jam almost every turn.
